Azure AD SCIM Enhancements

Hey!According to the dec release notes, We've added support for syncing the Location, Department, and Secondary Email fields to our Azure AD, OneLogin, and Okta SCIM Apps.Have anyone been able to find any more information on this update for the Azure AD SCIM?The effy app still shows version 1.0, and no further target attributes have been added in the Azure SCIM setup.

Public ticket URL request log in

I cannot acces any tickets with their corresponding public ticket url. Instead I am forwarded to a login page. I have requested the public url via placeholder {{ticket.url}} and the settings should work aswell. See screenshot below:Any ideas?

Workspace nor not to workspace

Hi, I have started to looking into WS in FS in my trial. Found few things that I’m questioning “why didn’t they do like this”. Wounder if anyone else have been looking into using? No global custom objects, if you have WorkFlowAutomations that uses custom objects you need to create them in specific workspace. You need to duplicate/mirror (manually) the custom object if the same ticket going to be moved to another workspace. The prefix for the ticket is default workspace(IT)set to SR(type: service request), so of a ticket is routed back to IT workspace it will get SR and not the same it was before like a INC. (You could mitigate this with an WFA and a hidden field that contains the original type) My findings for now, except they way access it handled and few other settings that has moved around.

Automate a reply message to the WhatsApp users

Hi, There’s a requirement to automate the reply message to the WhatsApp source ticket users having condition with description as some message. And this reply should be sent on WhatsApp, not to be sent as an email response to the WhatsApp ticket users. This is much much required since we have received so many same kind of requests from different users. It would be highly appreciated if we have a solution or work around for this.

How do you manage Service Transition in Freshservice?We want to introduce Service Transition, and ideally have a checklist of items projects need to complete prior to transition to service, then i would like to attached this transition to the Change (implementing) the application. Native Tik Tok integration

Hi,We have a customer who asks for native Tik Tok integration from the Business account to reply comments inside Freshdesk, but it is not available for the time being.This discussion has been raised on a Support ticket ID: 11614516 as Feature Requests with Freshdesk team and we were suggested to raise this discussion on the Community Forum that display a case might be related to other global customers/ users of FreVAEDALUS INC these features can be possibly determined in the future product roadmap.
